Izzac's passion for visual storytelling began at a young age in the mountains of Colorado, where he first picked up a camera to document his competitive snowboarding adventures with friends. This early love for visual media led him to get a film degree at Montana State University, where he immersed himself in the craft. In the years following, Izzac worked professionally throughout Montana, learning to adapt and excel in any condition imaginable. Alongside his filmmaking journey, he cultivated a deep passion for still photography, documenting his world travels and experiences through various 35mm and medium format film cameras—a personal pursuit that has since evolved into professional photography work.

Now based in New York City, Izzac works as a First Assistant Camera and Photographer, bringing his expansive expertise to narrative films, commercials, and documentaries. His reputation is built on the pillars of maintaining a calm, positive energy that keeps productions running smoothly, fostering a collaborative atmosphere that brings out the best in every team member, and delivering the meticulous organization that complex shoots demand.

Whether it's a high-stakes commercial or an intimate documentary, Izzac combines technical precision with an unwavering enthusiasm for the craft, ensuring every project benefits from both his mountain-tested expertise and his genuine love for visual media.
